Kempe Engineering is a leading specialist provider of innovative engineering solutions and asset services for major resource companies and other major industry sectors.
We are committed to ZERO HARM and continually improve our occupational HSE systems and performance by focusing on improving our safety culture and internal targets.
We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent with a client site maintenance service background.
You must have a trade or engineering degree.
You must be able to demonstrate at the interview stage your commitment to HSE and how you will lead your work teams.
You must be able to liaise with senior management and be highly committed to achieve outcomes.
This position would suit someone who has:
Experience as a mechanical maintenance supervisor Heavy mechanical or workshop experience Asset management system experience Experience running work teams in major shutdowns/outages Proven history of managing client relationships To apply you must be an Australian citizen or have residency within Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
