About the role As a People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for enabling organizational success through effective Human Resource strategies.
In this role you will:
Lead a team of People Operations Specialists across Australia in managing day-to-day HR Business Partner activities, ensuring seamless HR support and alignment with business objectives.Resolve complex human resource challenges through driving collaboration and synergies among multiple HR Subject Matter Expertise, across local, regional and global HR.Enable a high performing culture across the business through effective HR and IR support.Drive diversity and inclusion strategy.Manage workforce transitions, including reorganizations and restructuring.Implement Global HR programs.Ensure compliance with developing employment laws and regulations.Address and resolve employee feedback, complaints and grievances.Oversee disciplinary processes and provide guidance on dismissal matters.You will be a great fit if you have A passion for taking care of people, fostering positive employee relations and driving organizational success.Experience in leading HR transformation.Ability to navigate complex business landscape and implement effective human resource and industrial relations strategies and programs.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Thrive in dynamic, matrix-driven, diverse and multicultural work environment.Strong business and commercial acumen.Experience working in global companies.Five (5) years' experience of leadership, with proven experience and knowledge in effective training, coaching and people management practices, including leadership development.A bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline.The benefits Opportunity to join a global Company to deliver possibilities for people, economy and communities around the world.Continuous learning and development opportunities available.Competitive base salary + super.Potential to earn bonus annually.Access to $2,500 USD tuition assistance annually.Eligible for travel discounts, employee assistance programs, recognition and award programs.The Company FedEx Express is one of the world's largest express transportation companies and has consistently been selected as one of the world's top 500 companies and the World's Most Admired Companies by "Fortune" magazine.
