Be part of, and help create the award-winning client company culture whilst delivering world-class service.The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for one of the client sites. This includes:Overseeing the facility maintenance management and safety programs for an assigned region.Managing performance metrics in accordance with account KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).Overseeing the performance of subordinate: Workplace Experience Coordinator.Here's a snapshot of your day:Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers as necessary to fulfill the role.Work with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of the Annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members.Coordinate general maintenance requests and ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLA's, and assist in the management of contractor site inductions.Collate monthly & quarterly reports; attend to client service requests including key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status, and project pipeline.Provide assistance to colleagues and team members during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave.Skills and experience:People Skills – Provides formal supervision to individual employees within the regional operational area.Technical background in a trade or facilities is preferred.Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.Ex Veterans encouraged to apply if you'd like to transition your skills into this industry.What's in it for you?Rewarding career with great developmental opportunities within GWS and across CBRE sites.Partner with a friendly and supportive team.A great opportunity to make your mark in a growing business.Competitive salary with yearly reviews.Extensive training opportunities which can be tailored to your career goals.
