The Role:
As a Portfolio Manager, you'll oversee a selection of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC / OOSH) services across Sydney's Key Growth Areas.
Your mission?
To lead with purpose, nurture strong relationships, and ensure high quality service delivery.
This role offers a balance of strategic oversight and the opportunity to shape services from a management level that resonates with families, teams, and communities alike.

Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of services, supporting management teams to deliver high quality and genuine programs that align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework.
Drive quality, retention, and sustainable growth through strategic decision making.
Empower management teams to create dynamic, inclusive environments where children's wellbeing, agency, and creativity are at the heart of every program.
Focus on high level planning and leadership, ensuring each service operates effectively while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
Navigate challenges, make sound decisions under pressure, and ensure services thrive during periods of change.
Embed a culture of continuous improvement and critical reflection, which are fundamental in delivering a high quality service.
Lead, coach and collaborate with management teams to achieve impactful results while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Build strong relationships with schools, government bodies, and communities.
About You:
Minimum Diploma level qualification relevant to the position.
Extensive experience in overseeing teams and leaders, with a focus on empowering others to achieve high-quality outcomes aligned with the NQF and MTOP.
Strong understanding of financial management, operational efficiency, and organisational growth.
Ability to think big, act decisively, and support operational efficiency.
Calm and proactive approach to problem solving and innovation.
Commitment to embedding continuous improvement and critical reflection into every aspect of the services overseen.
Hands-on experience in OSHC or ECE leadership, with a deep understanding of the NQF.
Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
Motivated to inspire cultural alignment and enhance the appeal of programs for families and communities.
Child Safeguarding:
A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
Thorough screening and reference checks.
A national criminal history check.
