About this role
Our client is a multi-award-winning tapware company, with the largest matte black tapware range in the world.
Each product in their range is meticulously engineered with only the world's best components from local and European sources.
Their handcrafted manufacturing processes combined with architecturally designed curves produce a graceful and unique product range.
The Commercial Director is a newly designed, growth-focused role.
The primary focus of this position is to achieve revenue obligations aligned with ambitious growth targets centered on Architectural Specification.
Noting the substantial market potential and opportunity that exists in building and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Set up a new Commercial Division of the business, from the ground up.
Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy across the architecture, building and construction sectors.
Build, motivate and inspire a team nationally to excel and deliver results.
The ideal candidate will have expert industry knowledge, experience building new business opportunities and managing key industry relationships.
Working closely with the CEO, this role requires a visionary leader with a strong track record in a similar business.
Skills and Experience
Proven success building a profitable Commercial Division within a similar business.
Proven experience driving revenue growth through successful sales and marketing initiatives.
Effective leadership capabilities, inspiring and motivating teams to excel.
Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving tangible results.
Exceptional communication, negotiating and relationship building skills.
