Join our collaborative SMSF team in Albury as a Client Services Coordinator
We're seeking a motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 22.5 hours per week (flexible on the days).
What will your typical week look like?
Preparation of documents for signing, and ensuring timely lodgement of tax returns Finalisation of client invoicing Managing client correspondence via phone, paper and electronic methods Provide general support to the Client Services team including file creation and management, database entry and management Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning

You are someone with.....
Proven experience in administration and working with clients/customers Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
