This pivotal role will see you driving HR initiatives that align with our strategic business objectives and foster a thriving workplace culture.As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, from employee relations and recruitment to learning and development.
You will lead a team comprising a Human Resources Business Advisor, a Learning and Development Coordinator, and a Recruitment Specialist.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a key role in shaping policies, maximising the output from employees, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Employee Relations: Manage performance, resolve grievances, handle terminations, and ensure smooth onboarding and probation processes.
