Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)At CMBM Facility Services, we pride ourselves on creating a thriving workplace that values our team members and delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients.As an industry leader, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and drive the full HR function.This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our people strategy and lead transformative initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.About the RoleDrive engagement and excellence across every phase of the employee lifecycle.Support and provide sound advice to our managers on employment relation matters including disciplinary, performance management, internal disputes, investigations and enterprise agreement interpretation.Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention to meet current and future business needs.In conjunction with Managers and Human Resource Administrator, carry out job advertising, interviewing, recruitment and onboarding of staff across the company.Supervise, coach and mentor the HR Administrator.Strategic ProjectsDrive key initiatives such as succession planning, remuneration benchmarking, WGEA and RAP submissions.Qualifications & ExperienceIdeally you will have:Bachelor level qualifications in relevant field.Proven experience in a senior HR management role.Experience working in an industrial / blue collar environment, in roles with a focus on industrial relations / employee relations.Proven experience as a hands-on, results-oriented HR leader in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.Experience in policy development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a tangible impact on our organisation and drive the success of our people.What We Offer:A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.Opportunities to lead and implement impactful HR initiatives.Professional development and growth opportunities.Competitive salary package and benefits.We will be interviewing as applications come in so don't wait if you feel you will be a great fit for this role
