About the role As the Head of Partner Products, you'll play a critical role in shaping Tyro's future by crafting and executing a compelling proposition for our partners and enterprise merchants.
This role is key in ensuring that our products, integrations and commercial models are tailored to meet the evolving needs of key customer segments.
You will drive innovation and growth by developing forward-thinking strategies and roadmaps, leveraging market insights, and fostering collaboration across teams.
With a focus on building scalable, profitable solutions, you'll ensure Tyro continues to be the partner of choice in our ecosystem, delivering exceptional value to partners and their customers.
What you'll do: Strategy and Proposition : Define and deliver a vision for partner integrations, leveraging Tyro's products to meet the needs of a range of merchants.
Use market insights and feedback to continuously refine Tyro's offerings and represent our value proposition effectively in major partner engagements.
Integrations : Oversee Tyro's integration technologies, including APIs and SDKs, ensuring they meet modern partner expectations.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for integration capabilities, supporting both external partners and internal teams like Merchant Portal and Health.
Commercial Models : Drive scalable and profitable commercial models, including referral, wholesale, and payment facilitator options, aligning them with Tyro's broader partner strategy.
Leadership and Collaboration : Lead and develop a high-performing team, work cross-functionally to implement the partnerships strategy and provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and progress.
What you'll bring: Strong Product Leadership experience of managing high-performing teams.
A digital and technical native mindset; you understand how software works.
Proven ability to define and implement strategies for partner products, addressing the needs of PMS, POS, ISV, ISO, and enterprise merchants while aligning with broader business objectives.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, SDKs) and a track record of developing roadmaps that meet customer expectations and drive seamless integrations.
Experience designing and managing scalable and profitable commercial models, including referral, wholesale, and payment facilitator models.
Adept at representing business strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing clear updates on performance and outcomes.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.
