We are proud to be partnering with a key Global Health Provider on a major transformation initiative and are looking to place a Clinical Business Analyst to join their team on a 24 month fixed term contract basis.
This portfolio of work will form a significant part of this organisation's plans and investment for this year and beyond and is a fantastic opportunity to join early and influence at the outset of a significant multi-year program.

The Role:
You will support a Digital Transformation for patients, clinicians and staff.
Many of these projects are at shaping stage, hence we are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Healthcare experience who will ensure that the team is set up for success by identifying and defining needs, opportunities and recommending solutions by facilitating a collaborative approach to maximize the value delivered to our customers and stakeholders.
About you:
5 + years Business Analyst experience within large complex environments in the digital domain (with clinical systems such as EMR, EHR, eReferral, PAS Applications).
Experienced in traditional BA responsibilities such as running discovery workshops, facilitating ideation sessions, current state analysis, gap analysis, feasibility analysis and process mapping.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Customer-centric mindset, coupled with the ability to question and enhance the customer experience, ensuring alignment of business and technical components for optimal customer outcomes.
Confident in progressing project/product concepts through requirements gathering, user journey and business capability mapping.
Strong Experience in digital services and operations.
Strong Experience and background in Health Care settings or similar.
Assist the translation of the Digital Strategy into a deliverable set of business capabilities, solutions, partner capabilities and services.
Build relationships with Business and Clinical Specialist to better understand their business, their pains, needs and wants.
Support the development of the business capability strategy and roadmap, managing the design, development and deployment of business capabilities.
Ensure business capability roadmaps are clearly aligned to business objectives.
Lead the shaping of ideas into requirements through to user journeys and business capabilities.
Proactive self-starter with strong collaboration and communication skills, adept at working in both team and autonomous settings.
Experience launching and managing digital products and services across different channels including referral solutions.
Familiar with Healthcare Systems and GP Patient Management Systems, bonus if experienced with referrals.
Analysing and interpreting data, and user behaviour to drive decision making and identify areas for optimisation.
Consulting experience with an aptitude for scoping and proposing solutions to complex problems.
Experience in healthcare working with patient portals, health applications, medical platforms, and systems integration.
