We are currently looking for a motivated and innovative Business Analyst to support the design, deployment and ongoing management of Centennial's technology and software solutions. This role is perfect for an Information Technology professional looking to take their IT career to the next level.Working from our Sydney CBD corporate office, this opportunity will include occasional travel to operational and corporate sites in the Lake Macquarie and Lithgow regions.Reporting to the Information Technology Service & Software Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:Key internal contact for ERP related issues, bug fixes, and updates, liaising closely with external ERP support staff and developersManagement and key account contact for Service Now environmentLiaising with external support personnel during escalations, prioritisations, and feedback sessionsLeading IT Project implementations and engaging with project stakeholdersSupporting key corporate software lifecycle management including writing/executing test protocols, software function specifications, and new feature rolloutsWorking with internal teams to provide user training, policies/procedures, and streamlining internal workflowsManaging procurement activities, including contract renewals, purchasing, budget reviews, and controlling expenditureCentennial is offering:Permanent full-time positionAttractive salary packageCareer development and training opportunitiesSalary sacrifice optionsSuitable candidates will have:Knowledge and experience with ERP Systems and their business processes (including specific platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)Tertiary level qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems or similarMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar type of rolePrevious experience writing IT related reports, training guides and documentsStrong customer support centric mindsetEfficient organisation skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of service level agreements and operational level agreements with IT vendors may be advantageousAbout CentennialCentennial Coal Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asia's largest independent Energy Group, Banpu Public Company Limited.
