About the role
This isn't your average day job
As an Area, Training and Compliance Manager you'll manage a number of branches which include Liverpool, Campbelltown, Mittagong, Wollongong and Nowra, whilst focusing on operational excellence, safety and compliance for your area.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Ensure your branches are safe at all times by conducting regular audits and assessments as required.
Ensure the compliance program for your area is managed including safety, fleet, consumables and high value inventory.
Execute EBIT in all branches of your area.
Model best team culture in line with our company values.
Contribute to the team's success by being a supportive and proactive manager.
Be involved in business improvement projects as required.
Coaching, mentoring and support to your team.
