$838/day Brisbane CBD Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week Our client, Department of Employment, Small Business & Training, are currently seeking a Senior Change Analyst, to work closely with the Program Organisation Change Lead and Organisational Change Manager, broader project team, and key internal and external stakeholders to undertake key project change management activities contributing to the delivery of a staged project implementation plan, including change management strategy and related deliverables directly contributing towards successful implementation of new VET Information Communication and Technology (ICT) systems.
The successful candidate will take on a pivotal role in driving change initiatives associated with the replacement of a significant VET ICT (project streams TCM, TRS, TAM, TPM, BRDS, VIPS) and supporting the departments impacted teams with the transition.

The VET Modernisation and Transformation (VMT) Program team has been established to commence replacement of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Systems.
This suite of systems is a complex legacy set of applications, spanning multiple database management systems and application technology platforms.
As the Senior Change Analyst, you will specifically: Develop and execute high quality technical, professional, tailored change management plans and communication strategies to meet business change Through high level written and oral communication skills, prepare high-level discussion papers, correspondence, communication, and briefing material relating to a range of organisational change and development initiatives.
Support the development, design and delivery of highly engaging, inclusive and accessible training programs associated with the project.

Contribute to the direction, partnerships and service delivery models for the team and business improvement initiatives.
Foster close working relationships with key business stakeholders within the department; from subject matter experts, project teams and stakeholders to understand people impacts, provide advice and recommendations, and implement targeted projects and activities to deliver on business outcomes Contribute to the development of a deep understanding of change impacts and stakeholder sentiments across DESBT and Queensland Public Sector to provide expert advice and contextual insights to all elements of change management, learning and stakeholder engagement.
Provide support to other team members including external delivery teams in a busy and focused work environment.
Role requirements 3+ years' experience in a change management related role.
A formal qualification in Change Management or related field is a plus.
Work well in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
Experience in effective stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of and experience in Qld Government organisations is desired but not necessary Experience in supporting business transition, journey mapping, building dashboards.
Intermediate - Advanced software skills in using MS Excel, Power BI, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint.
