Elite Elevators Corporation is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our new team in Melbourne.You will be managing Australia's most iconic residential and boutique commercial Projects and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery ensuring that the projects are achieved on time and on budget, whilst ensuring client satisfaction.We are looking to hire the finest talent to join our team, so before you continue, this job requires a Project Management candidate who has a track record of proven success and takes pride in the quality of work they produce.As the successful candidate, you will be a resilient and enthusiastic individual with strong site management, leadership, and communication skills. We are geared up to dominate the industry with our mission to be the No.1 Home Elevator company Globally by December 2024.What we're offering:Extensive training and full support - we take training very seriously and will provide you with the industry's very best training, giving you the knowledge and confidence needed.Generous salary - we want Australia's best talent and reward accordingly.Positive fast pace work environment - work with a driven and vibrant team.Amazing growth prospects and upward mobility in our fast-paced company.Company Tools will be provided for use.What you will be doing:Providing detailed schedules and contract management for projects from initiation to delivery.Management of our installation teams (both direct labour and subcontractors) to ensure that project milestones are met.Reporting on, assessing and analysing project performance and taking appropriate action to prevent overruns.Positive and pro-active financial management of projects to budget and delivery times.Effective and timely communication to all key stakeholders regarding technical information, resolution of issues and achievement of project milestones.Manage project risk reviews and status updates.Ensure adherence with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.Achieve safety targets by driving/maintaining a safety focused culture.Who we're looking for:Building/Construction management experience preferred.Lift experience will be highly considered but not essential.Experience in managing projects.Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management.Strong influencing and negotiation skills.Team player & positive attitude.Resilient and persevering approach.Education, Experience and Qualifications Required:A-grade Electrical license/fitter/mechanic preferred.Construction White Card.Driver's License.Familiarity with Hydraulic and Traction drives.Mechanical experience and competence.You must have a proven track record of project management and be well-rounded in all lifts/elevator channels.
