Your opportunity: As our valued Senior Product Owner - Pega & NBA, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our transformation program through your extensive experience in product/platform management with a focus on Next Best Action.
You'll make impact by: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) & our Next Best Action capabilities to deliver business objectives.Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritising enhancements and new capabilities based on delivering real value through business impact and meeting customer needs.Act as the voice of the customer and the NBA expert, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders, as well as facilitating user testing and feedback sessions.Manage a team of NBA analysts who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical teams to translate their requirements into Pega CDH technical requirements.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.What you'll bring: Extensive experience in product/platform management with a focus on Next Best Action, recommendation/decisioning engines or related platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge and experience in using adaptive & predictive modelling to augment rules based decisioning frameworks to curate customer experiences across multiple channels.Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to inspire and mentor team members.Ideally, you will also have: Pega CDH experience is a plus.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering or Artificial Intelligence, or related field.What's in it for you?
