Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (Commercial) to join our team at CCG.
The successful candidate will focus on identifying and engaging potential borrowers (direct, mortgage brokers, developers, construction), driving new business opportunities, and building strong relationships within the industry.
This role is based in our Gold Coast office and may include some travel interstate.
Key Responsibilities : Acquisition of new broker and borrower lead scenariosReviewing applications and validating information for accuracy and credit qualityGrowing our broker network through the addition of new brokers and partnersIdentify and target potential borrowers, including developers, construction companies, SMEs etcConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for lendingPresent CCG's lending solutions to potential clients, highlighting benefits and competitive advantagesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan application processesWhat you bring : An existing broker network and industry relationshipsExperience working in a similar role with a lenderStrong commercial finance product and credit understandingAbility to establish, develop and manage long-term commercial relationshipsAbility to develop a strategic plan to establish new lines of businessExperience assessing construction loans and costings, highly regardedPre-credit assessment experience is an advantageQualifications : Proven experience in business development, sales or a related field within finance or lendingStrong understanding of commercial lending and the Australian property marketExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting targetsWhy Join Us?
