Here's what makes this position unique:You'll be the first point of contact for all service inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintain operational efficiency.
This includes:Managing incoming service calls and email inquiries with prompt, professional responsesCoordinating with Roofing Supervisors to schedule and optimise service deliveryOverseeing materials ordering and fall protection equipment requirementsCreating and maintaining detailed service reports and documentationBuilding strong relationships with subcontractors and managing work orders efficientlyWhat Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou're a natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
With strong communication skills and a knack for staying organised, you're always on top of things.
You bring a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease.
