About the opportunity
Join a strong customer service team in providing exceptional customer service, in a role requiring of you to have excellent communication skills acknowledging patients orders via email and display high attention to detail, ensuring patients have access to homecare equipment.
Be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction and you will grow and advance your career.
A temporary casual contract for approximately 6 months on site at their Toongabbie office.
Duties Acknowledge patients orders via email and phoneBuild rapport with patients and stakeholdersProcess credits and returnsLiaise with the order processing team and technical support teamProblem solve to ensure successful patient outcomesProduct knowledgeReporting on fulfilment and stock availability for customers and commercial teamsLiaise with medical practitioners and other stakeholders responsible for patient care Skills and Experience Customer Service experience in Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Healthcare organisationHigh emotional maturity, and ability to build trust and rapport with customersERP order processing experience is highly desirable in JDEStrong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilityClear and concise communication skillsAbility to problem solve How to Apply
