Remuneration Package: $180K +super
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to guide our client's technology operations, focusing on delivering a secure, reliable, and modern technology environment that supports the organisation's growth and digital transformation.
About the Role: As the Infrastructure Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation's core technology infrastructure meets the highest standards of service delivery.
You'll be responsible for managing the cloud (Azure), core infrastructure, and data and voice networking with an emphasis on delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be instrumental in smart decision-making that optimises technology performance and drives continuous improvement, ensuring the infrastructure is secure, efficient, and resilient.
Your ability to align technical operations with business goals will be critical in helping the organisation innovate and grow.
Key Responsibilities: Leverage your technical expertise to make informed, strategic decisions that optimise the efficiency of the infrastructure environment. Continuously assess and adapt strategies to align with business growth and digital transformation goals. Provide exceptional service by anticipating and solving issues proactively, ensuring smooth technology operations. Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery environments, ensuring readiness through regular testing. Implement network and infrastructure solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet evolving business needs. Foster a high-performing team environment by offering regular support and guidance, ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and growth opportunities. About You: You are a technically proficient, service-driven leader who thrives in environments that demand smart, strategic decision-making.
You've previously worked in large enterprise environments and are comfortable getting into the trenches with your team to solve complex technical challenges hands-on.
Your ability to balance big-picture thinking with the willingness to roll up your sleeves makes you a key contributor to team success.
Key Skills and Experience: Strong technical acumen with expertise in core infrastructure and Azure cloud. Extensive experience with Cisco networking technology in large-scale enterprise networks. Proven ability to deliver outstanding service and manage high-performing technology operations. A collaborative leadership style, committed to developing your team and driving continuous improvement.
