Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Business Strategy Focus (Supply Chain & Customer Transformation)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with a deep understanding of business strategy and a proven track record in supply chain management, S4HANA implementation, and customer transformation for a global consultancy we are partnered with.
This is a strategic leadership role that requires a candidate with a strong business acumen and the ability to align enterprise architecture with the company's overall business objectives, especially in optimizing supply chain operations and driving customer-focused transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide solutions that enhance business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
You will leverage your expertise in S4HANA and supply chain processes to guide large-scale transformations that drive value for both the business and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to the executive team, providing thought leadership on enterprise architecture to support the business's long-term strategic objectives.
Supply Chain Optimization: Drive initiatives focused on improving supply chain efficiency, agility, and resilience using advanced frameworks and business models.
Customer Transformation: Lead efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction by architecting solutions that streamline customer-facing processes and integrate with the broader supply chain ecosystem.
S4HANA Integration: Oversee the alignment and implementation of SAP S4HANA systems in a way that supports business strategy and maximizes return on investment.
Business Alignment: Ensure that technology investments and architectural decisions are aligned with business goals, especially in the areas of supply chain and customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design and deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative approaches to enterprise architecture, particularly around supply chain management and customer transformation.
Key Qualifications:
Extensive experience in business strategy and enterprise architecture with a strong focus on supply chain management, S4HANA, and customer transformation.
Proven track record of driving business-led transformations that enhance supply chain and customer experience outcomes.
Deep understanding of business processes, supply chain operations, and ERP systems (preferably SAP S4HANA) .
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that enterprise architecture drives measurable business value.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience engaging with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking with a focus on achieving business objectives.
MBA or equivalent degree in Business Strategy, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
