Assistant Director, Builder Relations, Sales and Client ServicesFull-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Director, Sales and Builder Relations to join the Thriving Communities Group's Sales and Client Services team. This role oversees Suburban Land Agency (SLA) sales across various land types in the ACT, developing innovative sales strategies, managing key processes, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will bring excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong understanding of residential and commercial sales practices, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage land sales and develop sales strategies.Foster relationships with stakeholders and facilitate communication between various teams and external parties.Collaborate with SLA's Project Delivery and Marketing teams.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
