Assistant Director, Builder Relations, Sales and Client Services
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency Details: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Director, Sales and Builder Relations to join the Thriving Communities Group's Sales and Client Services team.
This role oversees Suburban Land Agency (SLA) sales across various land types in the ACT, developing innovative sales strategies, managing key processes, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Ideal candidates will bring excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong understanding of residential and commercial sales practices, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage land sales and develop sales strategies.
Foster relationships with stakeholders and facilitate communication between various teams and external parties.
Collaborate with SLA's Project Delivery and Marketing teams.

Willingness to learn and adapt High-quality written and oral communication skills Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of residential and commercial sales practices Contract or Relationship Management experience Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) Ability to work on a roster including weekends sometimes Flexibility to work at SLA's sales offices as required Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of five months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
