The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Richlands office. You'll play a key role in supporting the Finance Department, handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations across the company. You'll be responsible for supporting the accounting team and other departments with managing and processing day-to-day transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately code and reconcile daily bank statements.
Process employee expenses and company credit card transactions with precision.
Reconcile company credit cards and maintain detailed financial records.
Generate purchase orders and support the cost adjustment process.
Assist with invoicing and equipment sales across multiple business units.
Be the first point of contact for email inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses and distribution.
Work closely with our finance team and other departments to solve problems and ensure deadlines are met.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience in a finance or administrative role, with strong MS Excel skills.
A passion for accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
