You will take an active part in training staff and making sales calls to develop and foster new relationships with clients. In addition, you will review and be required to make branch performance changes and structure with the support of the senior leadership team, with a focus on growing the facility as you see fit based on current business streams and investigating new directions.DutiesSupport the current team and identify opportunities for growthBe proactive across sales and business development, meet key clients and forge new relationshipsManage sales, expenditure budgets, P&L's and prepare and provide weekly management reportsReview and provide technical advice on designs and hydraulic applications where neededIdentify areas of market expansion and formulate business plans for executionBe an open-door leader where you encourage staff to personally grow and developSkills and ExperienceHave a background in either branch or sales team leadershipHave a technical understanding of fluid power equipment and technical hydraulic salesBe commercially skilled with sales, P&L's and expenditure budgetsHave a flair for training, mentorship and developing team cohesionBring a personal desire for developing change and personal growthHow to applyIf you have the required skills and are looking for the next leadership opportunity, please click the apply button below and attach a current copy of your resume.
