The NDIA is seeking experienced case management professionals to join the agency as EL1 Case Management leaders within the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) Branch.
The ART Branch works closely with the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) to manage all external review applications, aiming to improve the experience of current and prospective participants in the NDIA.

The ART Branch are looking to fill several vacancies at the EL1 classification across several teams.
Where you can add valueAs a member of the ART Case Management team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of improving the external applications experience for NDIS participants.
Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you oversee various aspects of the case management process including planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team.
Not only will you have the opportunity to lead and implement innovative solutions, you will also build meaningful professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your contributions will be highly valued as you collaborate with peers and assist the leadership team in resolving issues and mitigating risks across a wide range of activities.

We intend to fill this role in an ongoing capacity, however non-ongoing roles up to 12 months with the possibility of extension up to 2 years may be offered.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
