Not for profit, community based aged care residence that is committed to providing quality care to the elderly.
This home has undergone a huge transformation within the Senior Management structure, which has consequently led to a stable, positive and cohesive workplace culture.
Located in the Bayside suburbs, the home is seeking an experienced and motivated NUM/CCC to take on the responsibility for supervising the care staff and ensuring that all clinical standards are met.
Working closely with the DON, you will be supported by a strong clinical team, ACFI Co-ordinator, Quality Co-ordinator, and Administration team.
Candidates will possess:
Current RN Division 1 RegistrationAt least 2-3 years Aged Care experience in Australia, in a CCC, Team Leader or NUM role.Ability to lead a dedicated care teamThorough understanding of aged care standardsVery strong clinical assessment and auditing skills.Ability to support DON with all aspects of clinical managementAn outgoing and driven personality with a can-do attitude and a real desire to make a differenceTo apply please forward CV to or call Daniela Clarke on for more information.
