Help lead the charge in digital transformation and join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellenceAbout the role:As the Project Manager for Identity, you will spearhead a groundbreaking initiative to unify identities, Microsoft tenants, and Active Directory across three leading organisations. Collaborating with top-tier IT teams, you will drive technical innovation and ensure seamless integration of systems impacting over 12,800 users. You'll lead the consolidation of the three organisations into a single Entra ID/Microsoft 365 tenant, placing you at the forefront of our digital transformation journey.In this role, you will not only manage the consolidation of Microsoft tenants but also plan for the future integration of on-premise Active Directory environments. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating technical changes for applications reliant on Single Sign-On (SSO), leveraging cutting-edge automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.You will be the linchpin between IT management at BaptCare, BaptistCare, and Baptist Care SA, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and delivering a user-centric change management strategy.
