Launch Talent Solutions provides contract and perm labour management services for our clients.
Launch is an award-winning Australian company with over 18 years trading in ANZ.
The role:
Launch has won a Managed Service with our top tier consulting client.
This role is based on site with our client 3 days a week.
The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end relationship management of the MSP (Managed Service Provider solution) with the customer.
You are the main point of contact for the customer and are responsible for ensuring the customer receives a world-class experience across the solution.
This particular program works within the corporate services division of our customer caring for the Executive Assistant Function, servicing over 50 directors of business.
You would be responsible for the implementation of the program and transition of contingent workers to our permanent workforce.
You would be responsible for the care of the EA workforce, their L&D program, their care program and their rostering needs.

The successful person can come from a wide background of skills and experience, the most important attribute you must possess is excellent problem-solving skills.
Beneficial skills and experience for this role include:
Project Management Business process improvement and process streamlining Client implementation Relationship building and retention Contractor care and management Best practice in key account governance Commercial acumen Some knowledge of contingent labour regulatory compliance Ability to operationalise client strategy into SOPs Outstanding communication both verbal and written Excellent stakeholder management skills Having worked for a top tier consulting firm in the past would be of benefit Behavioural traits:
