Renowned for its robust and efficient service, this organisation prides itself on fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.Job DescriptionProcessing and managing the payroll function.Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with all regulatory requirements.Handling employee queries regarding payroll matters.Reconciling and verifying payroll data and resolving any discrepancies as they arise.Assisting in preparing reports for both internal and external use.Keeping up to date with current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws associated with the processing of employee wage and tax data.Documenting and improving payroll policies and procedures.The Successful ApplicantA successful Payroll Officer should have:A solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.Strong knowledge of computer software, particularly MYOB.Ability to handle confidential information.A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.What's on OfferOpportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.Being part of a motivated and dynamic team in the logistics sector.Chance to expand your skillset with potential for a contract extension
