With 16 centres across South East Queensland, we pride ourselves on delivering our proven curriculum with dedicated and experienced educators working throughout our state-of-the-art centres, working alongside our families to help develop strong working relationships.
We are seeking a highly motivated early childhood professional that has previous Centre Manager experience managing large centres.
About the CentreSunkids Benowa is a purpose-built centre that caters for 103 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout 5 fully-serviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group. Sunkids will offer the fortunate Centre Manager that joins us: Annual salary packages ranging from $115,000 to $135,000 (on a full-time basis)Support and advice provided by an experienced and skilled support teamProfessional development and mentoring by key Sunkids personnelAn organisation that respects and values all employeesIf you have the desire to: Lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculumProvide a safe and stimulating environmentDirect, lead and role model in all areasHave fantastic communication skillsIdeally have completed a Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualificationHold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis TrainingPut the best interests of children firstHelp to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environmentAssist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management systemIdeally have a sound knowledge of QikKidsApplicants able to contribute to Sunkids high standards are invited to apply.
