Melbourne, Österreich Lead Group Vollzeit

On behalf of our client, an Australian owned medical device company, we are looking for a National Sales Manager to lead a sales team, develop strategic plans and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
This is a newly created position, part of the leadership team, and plays an important role in driving the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and lead strategic business plan,  contribute to overall business operations and ensure consistency and excellence in sales process execution.
Team management and development of the team.
Fostering a high-performance and enthusiastic culture and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's strategic and marketing plans to achieve national sales targets and long-term business growth.
Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide regular reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, existing customers while driving new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experiences: Tertiary qualifications in science, business, or a related field.
Proven track record of sales success including new business development and nurturing existing long-term customer relationships within Medical Devices or Hospital Pharmaceutical sales industries.
3-5 years' experience of people management within the hospital or healthcare environment.
Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the medical devices and related surgical procedures.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Results-focused and ability to drive consistent outcomes.
Excellent communication and negotiations skills and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
