About You: This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Full-Time or Part-Time Medispa Coordinator / Skin Clinic Receptionist to support our team of highly trained and qualified Dermal Therapists, Remedial Massage and Ayurvedic Therapists and our onsite Cosmetic Nurse.
We're looking for someone who is: A warm, friendly 'people person' with a passion for guest serviceSolutions-oriented with strong attention to detailAble to thrive in a busy multi-modality environmentConfident to recommend personalised homecare and programsA high performer who is wanting to continue to learnProfessionally presented and groomedPassionate about skin health and overall wellnessDeliver an exceptional guest experience to help build a strong and loyal clienteleSupport the team to facilitate their day so they can be their best and reach their targetsCo-ordinate the smooth day-to-day operations including opening and closing proceduresActively recommend skin and wellness programs and homecareOversee and optimise all bookings and team schedules. Experience in Zenoti booking system desired but not essentialManage stock and system entrySkills & experience: To be successful in this role, it's essential you are passionate about the skin, aesthetics and wellness industry. Being able to authentically connect with people, recognise our regular guests by name and provide outstanding service will set you apart.
