The RoleEssendon Mazda are seeking a New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Team.
As a part of our high performing team, you will be a part of the driving force behind our mission towards #1 Mazda Dealership in Australia.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a high-demand, high-quality vehicle product lineup and in a team of enthusiastic sales professionals.
Your primary goal will be to maximise sales, build customer loyalty, and ensure a seamless buying experience for every customer.
What you will need to be successful in this roleA proven record of success in automotive sales or a related field.In-depth knowledge of vehicles and features is essential to effectively communicate and guide customers through the buying process.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service.Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets, demonstrating ambition and dedication.Strong negotiation abilities are key for reaching mutually beneficial terms for both customers and the dealership.The ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, staying current on industry trends, and being responsive to customer preferences is essential.A valid Victorian driver's licence.Your new companyZoom-Zoom is at the heart of everything we do, a feeling you'll want to experience over & over again.
