About the Role:
At Eagers Automotive, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
As a Sales Consultant , you'll create memorable moments for our customers while driving sales and meeting your professional goals.

What You'll Do:
Create engaging and meaningful connections with customers.
Build rapport quickly and maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions.
Exceed monthly sales KPIs with your strong sales skills.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and care.
Manage your time effectively to meet both customer and business deadlines.
Keep customer records up-to-date and maintain an organised approach.
Leverage your work ethic and process-driven mindset to succeed.
Confidently sell new vehicles via email, over the phone, and face-to-face.
Hold or be willing to obtain a Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence (preferred but not essential).
What You'll Bring:
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
Sales experience, with a confident and approachable manner.
A valid and current driver's licence (manual preferred).
