The Role Essendon Mazda are seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Team. As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales team, leading, motivating, and supporting them to achieve record-breaking results.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a high-demand, high-quality vehicle product lineup and lead a team of enthusiastic sales professionals.
Your primary goal will be to maximise sales, build customer loyalty, and ensure a seamless buying experience for every customer.
How you will make an impact: Manage, train, and inspire a team of sales consultants to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Develop and execute strategies to drive new vehicle sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and repeat business.Set goals, monitor progress, and continuously coach team members to optimise performance.Drive Customer Satisfaction with a customer-first approach, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to delivery.Foster a Culture of Excellence by setting the standard in communication, respect, and feedback, building a supportive workplace where every voice is valued.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales events, promotions, and advertising strategies.Monitor and report on sales metrics, trends, and forecasting to support dealership goals.Attributes to be successful in this role Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within a high-volume dealership.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of sales processes, team management, and dealership operations.Bring a confident, inspiring leadership style with a proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.If you're ready to take on an exciting leadership role in a thriving Mazda dealership, apply today
