Look no further, we have the perfect role for youWe have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Automotive Sales professional to step up and join our New Car Department as an Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager at Nedlands MG.To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your customers to establish and maintain positive customer relationships, whilst continuing to grow our customer base.
Your strong sales and leadership skills will enable us to provide our customers the most positive buying experience possible to ensure that they make the best decision matched to their needs.Key Responsibilities:A strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staffAble to lead by example and drive sales of the team while still maintaining individual targetsPossess a dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skillsFinancially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every dealSelf-motivated, driven to achieve strong sales results week in, week outA proven deal closer with a never say die attitudeHighly personable, articulate with the ability to quickly establish trust, "Customers like you, trust you and want to buy from you"Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectationsComputer literate with strong accuracy & attention to detailPrevious experience as a Senior Sales Consultant in a dealership environment is essentialWhat is in it for you:Ongoing Manufacturer and In-house TrainingFriendly & Supportive EnvironmentReceive paid parental leaveOpportunities for Career ProgressionConfidential EAP Counselling ServicesWork for one of the largest automotive groups in AustraliaThis is an exciting & challenging position.
