About the role: You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members.
Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients.
Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.
