Responsabilités :Fournit des conseils juridiques à l'entreprise lorsque nécessaire.Vérifie, prépare et négocie des contrats et autres documents juridiques.Prépare des modèles de contrat.Élabore, met en œuvre et actualise les politiques et directives juridiques applicables.Résout les litiges.Veille à ce que les réunions des actionnaires, les réunions du conseil d'administration et les déclarations et documentations connexes soient exécutées dans les délais et dans le respect des lois en vigueur et de la politique de KONE relative à la gestion des documents de l'entreprise.Selon la juridiction compétente et l'affaire concernée, peut représenter la société devant les tribunaux, les administrations et les tribunaux d'arbitrage des différends.Met en œuvre des mesures de prévention des problèmes juridiques et contractuels.S'informe de l'évolution des lois et des réglementations et avise KONE de l'impact potentiel de ces changements sur l'entreprise.Coordonne les procédures judiciaires devant les tribunaux, administrations et autres autorités compétentes pour protéger les intérêts de l'entreprise.Collabore et se met en relation avec des avocats et conseillers juridiques extérieurs.Entretient d'excellentes relations avec ses collègues de KONE, qui favorisent le partage des meilleures pratiques et la compréhension des tendances actuelles et émergentes.Collabore avec ses collègues afin de permettre à l'entreprise de concrétiser ses objectifs tout en minimisant ses risques juridiques.Dispense des formations sur les questions juridiques affectant les activités de KONE.Culture d'entreprise : Chez KONE, nous nous attachons à créer une culture de travail innovante et collaborative, dans laquelle nous valorisons la contribution de chaque individu.
