Senior Delivery Lead - 53820 Permanent Role Sydney based How will I help?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for engagement, management and co-ordination of delivery for the 60+ UNITE initiatives across the Data Platforms GBU Lobs (Financial Crime, Credit Risk, Finance & Regulatory Reporting & CSER) .
Key responsibilities include: Lead the planning, development, and execution of UNITE discovery, solution and build of UNITE deliverables for GBU covering Financial Crime, Credit Risk, Operational Risk / Corporate / HR, Finance and Regulatory domains Establish collaborative and lead influential relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues, to ensure effective delivery of UNITE data solutions aligned to strategic outcomes Establish and maintain UNITE stakeholder management framework and cadence Engage and coordinate cross functional, cross divisional and cross LOB impact of UNITE initiatives on the GBU applications and downstream business reporting Identify and manage risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
