Senior Delivery LeadJob DescriptionAll roles at Westpac Group can be considered for flexible working arrangements, such as flexible hours, working remotely, part time work, or job sharing.Senior Delivery Lead - 53820Permanent RoleSydney basedHow will I help?We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for engagement, management and co-ordination of delivery for the 60+ UNITE initiatives across the Data Platforms GBU Lobs (Financial Crime, Credit Risk, Finance & Regulatory Reporting & CSER).Key responsibilities include:Lead the planning, development, and execution of UNITE discovery, solution and build of UNITE deliverables for GBU covering Financial Crime, Credit Risk, Operational Risk / Corporate / HR, Finance and Regulatory domainsEstablish collaborative and lead influential relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues, to ensure effective delivery of UNITE data solutions aligned to strategic outcomesEstablish and maintain UNITE stakeholder management framework and cadenceEngage and coordinate cross functional, cross divisional and cross LOB impact of UNITE initiatives on the GBU applications and downstream business reportingIdentify and manage risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impactCo-ordinate all reporting and metrics to support deliveryWhat do I need?Experience in large scale, multi-million / complex Strategic planning and Delivery ManagementData Delivery Experience preferably in Westpac environmentStakeholder managementProblem SolvingStrong communicationsRisk managementHow do I apply?Start here.
