Next Gen Talent: Company: AMASHAW PTY LTD t/a BP Loftus Position: Retail Manager (Full Time) Location: 127 LOFTUS AVE, LOFTUS, NSW 2232 Australia Salary: $73,500 to $ 75,000 plus 11.5% superannuation About the Role As the Retail Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the store, focusing on customer service, operational efficiency, cost control, and business growth.
You will oversee the smooth execution of business strategies and ensure key operational goals are met across the retail network.
This role includes managerial and administrative duties such as determining product mix, managing stock levels, setting service standards, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including setting prices.
Plan and execute daily strategies to achieve store and individual sales targets.
Manage stock levels to minimise shortages, prevent stock loss, and maximise sales.
Lead, support, and develop the team to meet performance and service goals.
Execute visual merchandising standards within the store.
Prepare budgets, reports, stock takes, rosters, and ordering schedules.
Promote and advertise goods and services effectively.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries.
Analyse sales data and forecast future trends.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain records of financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Oversee store operations, including stock control and staff rosters.
Minimum Requirements AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field.
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Skills Passion for the retail sector and providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to meet high service standards.
Proven success in meeting sales, wage, and stock loss targets.
Strong skills in stock management and loss prevention.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and achieving KPIs.
