Job Description Are you looking to kick start your IT support desk career? Join Findex as an IT Support Analyst We are looking for a naturally curious and enthusiastic team member who truly enjoys solving issues and maintaining great relationships. In this role, you will act as a first responder and provide professional, first level IT technical support services to Findex staff and partners, ensuring a high level of customer service to agreed service standards. As an entry level position, this is the perfect opportunity to help with incoming staff requests, while technical competency is developed and nurtured by and with the wider team's support.
This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working conditions, and is open to candidates across Australia and New Zealand.
What will your typical week look like? Act as the first point of contact for incoming IT service desk requests via phone, web chat, email or service desk platform.
