About the roleThis is a full-time position for a Regional Account Manager & Technical Support located in Seven Hills, NSW.
As a key member of the Pool-Water Products sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships across Sydney and Central NSW.
In this hands-on role, you will provide technical expertise and advice to help our customers maximize the performance and efficiency of our industry-leading pool and spa products.
What you'll be doing

Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing customers in the Sydney and Central NSW region
Identify new business opportunities and secure new customer accounts
Provide expert technical advice and support to customers on the selection, installation and maintenance of Pool-Water Products solutions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver localized sales and marketing campaigns
Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Contribute to the achievement of the company's sales targets and growth objectives

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar account management or technical service role, ideally within the pool and spa industry
Strong technical attributes, with the ability to provide expert advice and troubleshooting support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving customer service targets
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Proficient in the use of CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the NSW region.
