An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join a leading global technology company. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key customer accounts, ensuring they receive the maximum value from their solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities: Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with key clients, understanding their business needs and strategic goals.Drive Customer Success: Improve customer satisfaction and retention by identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.Proactive Account Management: Regularly engage with customers to address issues, manage escalations, and propose solutions to optimise outcomes.Strategic Advisory: Provide guidance on best practices, product updates, and industry trends to help clients achieve their goals.Technical Expertise and Support: Offer in-depth technical support, troubleshooting, and ensure clients optimise product usage.Customer Success Plans: Develop and execute success plans, ensuring key milestones and value realisation. Skills and Experience: 10+ years in a technical or service role within software and/or telecommunications.Solid understanding of modern cloud contact centres, technical implementations, and customer success strategies.Experience with networking, VoIP technology, and telecommunications architecture (PBX, SIP, Carriers).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with both customers and internal teams.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive customer success.
