Contract AdministratorDivision: Boral Constr Mat LimitedDepartment: METRO CONCRETE NSWWork type: Permanent - full timeLocation: Sydney The Opportunity: Due to continued growth across our business, we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Contract Administrator to join our high performing team in North Ryde NSW 2113.
This role will see you focused on providing accurate and timely administration support to the Commercial Contracts team, including ensuring contract risk and opportunity is optimally managed, project performance is monitored and detailed analysis provided in order to maximise project outcomes.
Key Duties: Prepare and submit progress claims to clients in accordance with contract termsFollow up on outstanding claims and variations on a timely basisAnalyse subcontractors/suppliers quotations to ensure they are within project budget and scopePrepare subcontract agreements and scopes of work prior to commencement of work on-siteEnsure site activities are monitored and are performed within budgetExecution of monthly project financial forecastCheck cost allocation of all project invoices and ensure that invoices are authorised prior to paymentAbout You: Experience in a Contract Administration role ideally within the Building and Construction industryTertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (desirable)Computer literate (including MS Excel) with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCommercial focus, detail oriented and results drivenEffective written and verbal communication skills together with strong organisational skillsDetail oriented, diligent and enthusiasticAble to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer?
