About the role and teamWe have an opportunity for a Service Clerk to join our Office Services team based in our Brisbane office.
This role provides a high level of customer service and support to partners and employees within the firm.
This is a great entry-level role for someone looking for a career in a law firm.
You will be involved in:Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mailCoordinating and processing outgoing mailAttending to court filingAssisting in setting up for firm events and seminars when neededBooking couriersDaily bankingPhotocopying, scanning and binding documentsCleaning of kitchensBackup to Reception and SwitchboardDelivering legal documents to Chambers and the CourtsAbout youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:Qualification in either a business or legal administration courseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with a flexible approachReliable with a 'can do' attitude and proactive approachAbility to work under pressure during peak timesStrong IT skillsAbout usHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
