The Role As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to our company's continued success.
You will leverage your industry expertise to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives and ensure Yellow Brick Road Home Loans is a trusted name in financial services.
Working closely and reporting into the GM of sales, you will be key to assisting the growth within the VIC, SA and TAS territory.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets.Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and referral partners.Leverage your deep industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to clients and partners.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective recruitment and lead-generation strategies.Assist with positioning and offering YBR's offshore services.Manage and nurture a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a high conversion rate.Provide training and support to referral partners to optimize engagement and productivity.Represent Yellow Brick Road Home Loans at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to increase brand visibility.Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services sector.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of the Australian home loans market and regulatory environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans effectively.High level of motivation, autonomy, and drive to achieve success.Why Join Us?
