This position is located in: Sydney
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager - Mrs Mac's to join our Sales & Marketing teams in Sydney and be at the forefront of shaping and executing our brand strategy, for our Mrs Mac's and Cockle Bay brands.
This is a full-time role based in our Rhodes office.
About the role: As our Brand Manager for Mrs Mac's, you will:
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and other departments to create and implement brand strategies that align with our business goals.Define and refine our brand's market positioning with clear and compelling communication.Maintain consistency of brand assets across all touchpoints.Manage product launches through the gating process.Coordinate with agencies for packaging, photography, and creative aspects to enhance shelf presence.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns to support brand initiatives.Manage the online presence for multiple brands.
Create engaging content for social media and review online analytics to build consumer engagement.Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand values.Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure successful partnerships.Effectively manage the brand budget and provide monthly reports.About you: We are seeking a passionate individual to enhance our brand image, increase visibility, and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in brand management (minimum 3 years), ideally within the food industry (or similar).Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and deliver successful marketing plans and secure meaningful sponsorships.Experience in marketing executions across various mediums (Social Media, in-store, out-of-home).Product management experience from innovation to retail shelf.Strong relationships with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and team members.Ability to generate consumer insights from research and apply them to drive business growth.Strong negotiation skills and effective communication across varying demographics.Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Wordpress, and Social Media.Degree/Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related field.Current Valid Driver's License.What's in it for you?
