Aligned is seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Austral.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Your success is our prioritySupportive Team Environment: Join a compassionate and motivated team dedicated to transforming lives and creating positive change.Office-Based Role with Flexibility: This position is primarily office-based, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative environment, with the flexibility of one work-from-home day per week. You will occasionally visit our Group Homes across the Greater Sydney and Illawarra region, so you should enjoy being on the road as well.Your Rewarding Role As an Operations Manager, you will:
Oversee Team Performance: Lead and manage a team of Disability Service Managers and Client Case Management Officers to ensure high compliance standards in all operations.Enhance Client Support: Work closely with staff to improve client onboarding processes and ensure that all participants receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.Monitor Compliance: Ensure that all operational departments deliver the highest level of performance while continuously identifying compliance gaps and risks.Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with Recruitment and Rostering Departments: Liaise with these teams to provide appropriate guidance, ensuring that staff skills align with client needs and preferences.Report to the Operations Director: Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Director on team performance, compliance, and stakeholder relations.Does This Sound Like You? We want dedicated individuals who:
Have a minimum of 3 years of NDIS experience in a related role.Understand NDIS standards, policies, and procedures, as well as best practices in the disability industry, particularly in providing Daily Activities (DA) and Community Participation (CP) support to participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and the Drop-in Support Model.Get the work done through the team you manage, ensuring effective collaboration and results.Are proficient in using Excel spreadsheets or are eager to develop this competency to track compliance-related indicators.Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in a similar Operations Manager role with a service provider specialising in SIL, SDA, or Drop-in support models.A background in supporting individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities.Proven success in enhancing stakeholder satisfaction and client retention.Ready to Make a Difference?
