What will you be doing? Acquiring new customers through self-prospecting and existing leads provided by the businessNurturing new customers to generate portfolio growthEnsuring the effective usage of Salesforce to track and report pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditionsActing as the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve any application processing issuesAttending relevant industry and partner conferences, tradeshows, and networking opportunities.What will you bring? Adaptability to working in a regulated industry, with a focus on compliant selling practices.Previous experience in consultative B2B Sales and account management (desirable)A previous track-record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment (desirable)Experience in partner engagement, and developing and implementing sales strategies (desirable)Strong digital literacy skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeWhat will you need to succeed? Outstanding communication skills, both written and spokenMotivation and drive to work in a fast-paced telephone-based sales environmentPositive relationship building skills, with experience working with partners at senior levelsA passion for onboarding new customers and initiating spend enablement activitiesAbility to effectively build and handle a sales pipelineAll colleagues will be provided with comprehensive onboarding and mentor support.
